Do I need an account to draw online here?

No. Just open the page and start drawing. There is no sign‑up, no login, and no installer.

Where is my drawing stored?

It lives on the canvas in your browser tab. There is no cloud save. Use the Save buttons to download a PNG, JPG, or WebP file to your device.

Can I open an existing image and draw on top of it?

Yes. Use the Open image button, or drop a file onto the dashed area. The image is loaded into the canvas so you can paint over it.
